Can I customize my home?
Yes! Due to the nature of the SIPS panels used, building codes, and structural limitations, we cannot accomodate all changes, however, we would be happy to try and accomodate your desires. We have selected numerous of the most popular upgrades for this fabulous green community, and offer them at very competitive pricing. You can upgrade your carpet, get larger floor tile, add electrical outlets and switches, even add a structured wiring system (phone, cable, internet wiring is all integrated and fully customizable for the future), or many other upgrades. If we don't offer an upgrade or change that you want, we will do our best to provide it for you at the lowest possible cost.
